Oberlin Community Calendar


CANCELLED 2:00 PM - Freedom's Friends Underground Railroad and Abolition History Walk
This history walk begins near the front steps of First Church (corner of Main Street and Lorain Street).

Hear stories about Oberlin’s most famous freedom seekers and people known to have helped them make their way to freedom on this 90-minute neighborhood walking tour.

$6 per adult; free for OHC members, college students, and children under 18. Space is limited, reservation required. Register on-line or call 440.774.1700.

The Oberlin Heritage Center offers a number of options for guided tours and themed history walks this special weekend. Some tours are free, others range in fee from $3-$6 for adults. (Remember ALL tours are free for OHC members, college students and children under 18.) Drop-in visitors are welcome for the Oberlin Origins “Sneak Peek” tour while all other tours require advance registration.
