Tour and history walk descriptions
Registration is not required; walk-ins are welcome. If advance registrations are made, visitors may arrive anytime between 10:00am-2:00pm (last entry is at 1:30pm).
Visitors are provided with a tablet that will take them through the first floor of the 1866 Monroe House. Read about the events and individuals that shaped Oberlin’s first one hundred years, including stories of those who lived in the Monroe House. Topics include Oberlin's beginnings as a Christian Perfectionist community, coeducation, and abolition.

OHC is part of the Museums for All and the Blue Star Museums programs. Admission is $0 for eligible participants (M4A: SNAP, EBT, or WIC card; Blue Star: active service member or veteran and their families). Online registration for Museums for All and Blue Star Museums admissions is not available at this time.
